QuantomiX Signs Distribution Agreements with Major North American Distributors

May 18, 2005, Rehovot, Israel - QuantomiX Ltd., producer of a unique line of capsules which enable imaging of wet samples with scanning electron microscopes (SEMs), has signed exclusive distribution agreements with EMS and Soquelec, two major distributors of microscopy equipment in North America. Both QuantomiX and the two distributors expect the QuantomiX products to meet important needs in the microscopy markets - and predict exciting developments in the coming months.

The QX capsules based on QuantomiX proprietary WETSEMTM technology, permit the user to view samples in a SEM without the need to freeze or dehydrate the samples. Viewing samples in their original state is a time- and cost-saver, as well as being a breakthrough in imaging capabilities for the biological science, pharmaceutical, and health care industries.
