Currently works as microscopyst in SEM-EDS Laboratory of company Metal Ravne d.o.o. in Slovenia (Europe). Metal Ravne company is a leading manufacturer of tool steels, stainless steel, and other specialty steelsin the world. In the company is responsible for SEM microscopy and EDS (EDX) microanalysis, XRD, failure analysis, sample preparation, image analysis, computer programming, lab service. He is also the author of Etchants Database, Database of Steel Transformation Diagrams, Non-Metallic Inclusions in Steel, Tempering Diagrams of Steels, Hardenability Diagrams of Steels and Microscopy Vendors Database. Born in 1956, he holds B.Sc, M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Metallurgy, all University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
