Henrik Kaker, Ph.D. has a 24 years of extensive experience in fractography, steel and alloy materials, sample preparation, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, microanalysis, X-Ray diffraction analysis, sample preparation and image analysis. He has conducted more than a four hundred failure analysis investigations concerning mechanical failures, and ambient and elevated-temperature corrosion failures.
He has worked with a variety of end-user companies, equipment manufacturers in Slovenia on root-cause failure analysis, inspection and testing, and specification and selection of metals and alloys.
Mr. Kaker received an a bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering (1981)
and Ph.D. degree (1998) from University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
